Softstone Ltd was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in March 2007 as a limited liability company.
Softstone Ltd had since focus on engineering, procurement and construction which included engineering design, building services design, mechatronic system design, construction, fabrication, engineering drafting, engineering graphic detailing and printing of technical drawings.
The directors are Engr Oriyomi Moses, M.Sc., C. Engr., MNSE, MASHRAE, MNATE (MD/CEO), Mr Akindeko Samuel, Mrs Olalude Esther, QS Owoeye Olarewaju and the Secretary Philip Adebayo (ACA),
